The Choir

The Priory Church Choir is a close-knit and committed team. It provides an excellent and ideal opportunity for all who love singing.

Local children aged 7 – 9 attend the Training Choir without audition on Sundays 11.15am – 12 noon at the Priory Church. An informal audition for children and adults is passed for admission to the Liturgical Choir, which sings regularly on Sundays and the Major Feasts.

All sessions are fully supervised. The Church's Child Protection Policy operates at all times. Professional vocal and musical training is provided by the Director of Music and his wife, including regular individual coaching for all children in the Liturgical Choir, entirely free of charge.
